Ms. Carmen Abouchacra has more than thirty years of legal experience, with particular expertise in commercial and corporate law, business law, banking law, civil law, real estate and construction, property and landlord–tenant matters, labour and employment law, government relations, intellectual property—including patents, trademarks and copyright—and criminal law. She has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, as well as in company incorporation, commercial representation, legal management, and the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements across a wide range of business matters. Throughout her career, Carmen has represented more than one hundred clients and successfully handled numerous complex and high-profile legal matters.
