Managing Partner

Mr Faiq Alsaidi has been practising law since 2002 and serves as Managing Partner of the Iraqi Group for Legal Consulting (IGLC). He advises multinational companies operating in Iraq and has experience in preparing civil, commercial, and residential contracts for major corporations, as well as negotiating contracts with international clients outside Iraq. His experience also includes preparing the legal documents required to establish and register local and foreign companies, leading legal teams in litigation proceedings, and handling a wide range of cases before the courts.
