Ms. Mirna Abu Hassan is an associate with extensive experience advising companies, executives and individuals on criminal, employment and labour, and corporate matters. She represents clients in business-related criminal matters, including fraud, breach of trust, embezzlement and other offences arising from commercial dealings, and handles cases from the investigation stage through trial and appeal. Mirna also advises employers on employment and labour matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, termination, restructuring, labour disputes and compliance with applicable employment regulations. Her corporate practice includes company formation, corporate restructuring, board and shareholder matters, commercial agreements, and shareholder and management disputes. She has extensive experience representing clients before courts at all levels, as well as before investigating judges and other relevant authorities. Mirna holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
