Ms. Rawan Alharthi is an Senior Associate at Mithaq Law Firm with a diverse legal background combining both legal practice and academia. She began her career as a Trainee Lawyer and later as a Legal Consultant at Saleh Alwadaani Law Firm, where she built a strong foundation in commercial and corporate law. At Mithaq Law Firm, Ms. Alharthi is a member of the Litigation Department, where she has handled a wide range of cases, including civil, labor, commercial, and administrative disputes. She has particular experience in administrative litigation, especially cases related to the White Land Tax fees, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex regulatory and governmental matters. In addition to her legal practice, her experience includes lecturing at Alasala Education and Training Co., reflecting her commitment to legal education and knowledge-sharing. Since joining Mithaq in 2022, Ms. Alharthi has focused on delivering practical, results-driven legal solutions tailored to clients’ needs. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Reading.
