Mr. Razan Alsayed is a legal consultant practising in corporate, commercial, criminal and civil law. She advises local and international clients on a wide range of legal matters, with particular experience in corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, litigation and dispute resolution. She also follows up on legal proceedings before courts, ministries and public authorities, assisting clients in navigating a variety of legal and regulatory matters. Razan holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the Lebanese University’s Filière Francophone de Droit and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the same institution. She is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
