Mr. Suliman Alnasser, a lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, heads the Corporate Structuring Team. He has extensive experience in the establishment of local and foreign companies, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, employment and commercial matters, and a broad range of corporate law matters. Mr. Suliman has played a key role in numerous prominent mergers and acquisitions transactions in the Saudi capital market. He has also been involved in the establishment of investment funds and has advised both listed and non-listed companies on corporate law matters, providing proactive legal solutions to help clients mitigate risks and address potential legal issues. Mr. Suliman holds a Master’s degree in American Legal Studies from Hofstra University in New York and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University.
