Mr. Ziad Alqassim has extensive experience in law practice, legal consulting, arbitration, commercial litigation, and family business affairs. He has also been involved in handling complex negotiations and disputes, developing legal and practical strategies to address them. Prior to founding Mithaq Law Firm, he held legal positions within the Al-Muhaidib Group, including head of the legal department, and participated in leading several restructuring, merger, and investment processes. He also played a key role in leading the merger of United Industrial Investments Company (Unvest) with Saudi Industrial Paints Company (SEPCO). He co-founded Mithaq Law Firm in 2020 as a founding partner and contributed to the development of litigation practice and advisory services for family businesses. His practice combines legal expertise with a focus on the commercial and organizational objectives of the matter.
